隧道超前支护管棚工法设计与计算研究

摘    要:上世纪80年代以来,随着新奥法在我国的推广应用,在不少隧道和地下工程中采用了管棚支护。但是有关管棚支护受力情况和设计参数,国内普遍以经验为主,缺乏系统的理论探讨,故对管棚做适当简化进行计算来检验根据经验所选参数是否合理是很有必要的。结合坨家山隧道塌方处理方案,总结了超前支护管棚工法应用时的围岩荷载确定方法,给出了管棚结构的简化计算模型和管棚参数的选定方法。

Abstract:Since the 1980s, along with the application of new Austrian method in China, the pipe roof support is apphed in tunnels and underground projects. As for the load condition and design parameter of pipe roof, the experience is given priority in general, but it is short of the systemic theoretical study, therefore, it is very necessary to check whether the parameters chosen depending on experience are reasonable by calculating on the basis of simplifying the pipe roof. This paper combines with the treatment measures of landslide in Tuojiashan tunnel to summarize a confirming method of surrounding rock load when the pipe roof advance support method is applied, and provides a simplifying calculation model of pipe roof structure and selection method of pipe roof parameters.
