| 摘 要： | 输出电压过低是发电机组常见故障之一,在分析发电机组调压电路的基础上,依据先简单后复杂、从前端到后端、由外而内的原则,依次对励磁绕组、晶闸管、整流桥和调压模块进行检查测试,结合故障诊断流程图,查找故障点并排除输出电压过低的故障。

| Abstract: | The too lower output voltage is one permanent fault of diesel generating set.Based on the analysis of the generator voltage regulator circuit,combined troubleshooting flow chart to find the point of failure and eliminate the fault of low output voltage,according to the principle from the first simplest to most sophisticated,front-to back-end,from the outside to inside.The field winding,thyristor,rectifier bridge and voltage regulator modules were checked and tested. |
