基于BS方法的拖车转向架焊接构架的疲劳评估

摘    要:为了保证设计的转向架焊接构架的安全可靠性,运用EN13749-1999标准对CRH3型拖车转向架焊接构架进行静强度评定和疲劳强度计算,采用BS方法对焊接构架进行有效的疲劳评估,分析计算结果表明CRH3型动车组拖车转向架焊接构架强度和疲劳寿命满足设计要求.

Abstract:In order to guarantee the safety and reliability of the welded frame design,the static strength and the fatigue strength of the welded frame of CRH3 trailer bogie were calculated by EN13749- 1999 standard,and the fatigue life of frame was predicted by BS.
