| 摘 要： | 基于Markov链,分析港口油船的停泊作业过程。针对不同等级船舶与泊位,通过不同的Poisson过程和符合港口实际的优先级划分,提出适合于港口运营的计算模型。通过计算,分析港口作业效率和泊位数对作业能力提高的影响;通过对特征参数的分析,提出适合港口运营的合理范围。

| Abstract: | The operation process of oil tanker in harbor is analyzed based on Markov chain.According to different grades of tankers and berths classified by different Poisson processes and priorities,the computation model is brought forward for analyzing Harbor's operation efficiency,and the influence of berths' number on the operation capacity.Based on the analysis of the characteristic parameters,reasonable range for harbor operation is given. |
