一种新型电液驱动泵—喷嘴供油系统试验研究

摘    要:对传统的下置凸轮轴驱动式泵—喷嘴供油系统进行了改造,以适应无旋转机构的特种发动机燃油供给系统及对供油系统有柔性调节要求的传统发动机供油系统的驱动需求,实现了泵—喷嘴供油系统的电子控制液压驱动柔性调节。通过对改造后的供油系统进行试验研究,表明在喷油线性区域内通过改变电磁阀驱动主脉宽可实现循环喷油量的线性控制,以满足发动机不同工况对循环喷油量的需求。

Abstract:The traditional pump-nozzle system driven by underneath camshaft was reformed in order to satisfy the fuel supply system that didn't need rotary mechanism or has the requirement of flexible regulation.In the end,the flexible adjustable electrohydraulic pump-nozzle fuel supply system was realized and tested.The results show that the linear control of cycle fuel injection quantity can be realized through adjusting the electromagnetic pulse,which can satisfy the requirement of cycle fuel injection quantity und...
