高速动车组制动摩擦副的仿真分析

摘    要:基于ABAQUS6.10非线性有限元软件建立高速列车轮装制动盘摩擦副生热有限元模型。根据高速列车运用的实际情况施行热交换边界条件。计算了380km/h列车在紧急制动过程的温度场、应力场分布情况。仿真结果表明,一次紧急制动,制动盘磨擦升温最高可达795℃,且高温区域集中在制动盘摩擦表面的中部区域,应力最大值达到450MPa,在所选铸钢材料的强度限制范围内,满足高速列车制动基本技术条件要求。

Abstract:The heat finite element model of wheel mounted disc and pad of high-speed train is set up based on the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS6.10.According to act information and heat transfer boundary conditions,the temperature field and heat stress field is computed.The results show that the maximum temperature up to 795 C,and high-temperature region concentrated in the central part of the brake disc friction surface area,and the maximum stress up 450MPa,which is less than the Yield strength of the sele...
