摘    要:悬灌桥的合龙施工是桥梁施工的一道关键工序,在合龙施工过程中往往因为挂篮重量太大,超过设计容许的合龙重量,不得不重新制作底模及底模吊架。根据现场情况和设计要求,在本桥合龙段施工中,经过与各桥梁专家多方研讨和论证,最后决定采用原挂篮的底模,对主构架吊带进行转换,这样既保证了设计要求又提高了工效、节约了资金,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:Closure construction of cantilevered concreting bridge is a critical process, because if the hanging basket is too heavy or over the allowable closure weight during the closure construction progress, the bottom mold and hanger should be redone. According to site conditions and design requirements, after discussion and demonstration with bridge experts, it is finally decided to adopt the bottom mold of the original hanging basket and convert the brace of main truss in the process of closure construction, which guarantee not only the design requirements, and also the work efficiency and fund saving, as well as good social and economic benefits.
