新宝塔山隧道浅埋段注浆加固技术

摘    要:注浆技术是地层加固的重要技术之一。新宝塔山隧道施工条件较为复杂:地层岩性差、不良地质条件多、新建隧道与既有隧道相邻、穿越较多的地表建筑物、存在局部覆土较浅地段等。结合新宝塔山隧道浅埋段注浆加固工程,介绍了浆液类型选择,注浆参数的确定和注浆工艺的完善等。

Abstract:Grouting technology is one of the major techniques of ground consolidation.The construction of the New Baotashan Tunnel faces many complicated conditions:poor formation lithology,excessive adverse geological conditions,adjacency of the newly-built tunnel with the existed ones,traversing of many surface constructions,as well as some shallow-buried Sections.Through analyzing the grouting reinforcement project of the shallow overburden areas of the New Baotashan Tunnel, this paper introduces the selection of grout types,the determination of grouting parameters,and the perfection of grouting technology,etc.
