大跨度钢管单拱肋竖曲线混凝土箱梁顶推系统布设及施工技术

0以北京市通州至顺义公路跨京承铁路桥工程为例,详细介绍128 m跨钢管单拱肋竖曲线混凝土箱梁顶推施工顶推系统布设及施工技术。本工程具有大跨度、大吨位、竖曲线混凝土箱粱的三个特点,顶推施工采用了此项技术,工程实践证明顶推效果良好,施工技术可行,可为今后类似工程的施工提供一些技术借鉴。

Incremental Launching Construction Technology and System Layout of long-span Concrete Box Girder Bridge with Single Steel Arch in Vertical Curve

In this paper,taking the bridge of Tongzhou-Shunyi Road cross the Jing-Cheng railway for example,the technology and system layout of incremental launching construction for 128 m long-span concrete box girder with single steel arch in vertical curve are introduced in detail.The project has three characteristics of large span,heavy weight and vertical curve of the concreti：box bridge.Incremental launching technology is used during the bridge construction.The successful case has indicated that incremental launching construction technology works well and is feasible,which could be supplied a reference for future similar projects.
