大跨度钢管单拱肋竖曲线混凝土箱梁顶推系统布设及施工技术

摘    要:0以北京市通州至顺义公路跨京承铁路桥工程为例,详细介绍128 m跨钢管单拱肋竖曲线混凝土箱梁顶推施工顶推系统布设及施工技术。本工程具有大跨度、大吨位、竖曲线混凝土箱粱的三个特点,顶推施工采用了此项技术,工程实践证明顶推效果良好,施工技术可行,可为今后类似工程的施工提供一些技术借鉴。

Abstract:In this paper,taking the bridge of Tongzhou-Shunyi Road cross the Jing-Cheng railway for example,the technology and system layout of incremental launching construction for 128 m long-span concrete box girder with single steel arch in vertical curve are introduced in detail.The project has three characteristics of large span,heavy weight and vertical curve of the concreti:box bridge.Incremental launching technology is used during the bridge construction.The successful case has indicated that incremental launching construction technology works well and is feasible,which could be supplied a reference for future similar projects.
