南京地铁某停车场高大支模方案优化设计

摘    要:针对南京地铁一号线南延线大学城停车场综合体Ⅰ和咽喉区钢筋混凝土结构建筑平面尺寸大、水平构件截面大、属于高大支模等特点,对模板支架的搭设方案进行了风险分析和方案优化,充分利用下部已建结构承受施工阶段的全部荷载,即下层不设卸载支撑。经计算,下部结构能够满足施工阶段的承载能力要求。此优化方案为本工程节省了人工费、材料费以及工期,经济效益明显。

Abstract:The large plane size and massive cross-section classify the complexityⅠof south extension of Nanjing No.1 subway line and the reinforced concrete structure of throat area as massive framework.In the paper on the basis of risk analysis, optimization is proposed to make full use of the constructed structure below to hold the overall load of during construction that is no support underneath.Calculation proves that the substructure can meet the bearing capacity during construction. This optimization can save labor,material and construction time with great economic efficiency.
