| 摘 要： | 关于历史城市与历史建筑的保护,最重要并且最应持续的工作是赋予这些建筑与城市以生命,即赋予历史以生命。没有生命的事物不会长久地存在。一个城市的资源具有价值性、稀缺性和难以模仿性,那么,该城市就具有了自身的可持续发展能力。而一座城市的历史街区和历史建筑恰恰正是这座城市发展资源中具有价值性、稀缺性和难以模仿性的关键因素之一。以这些为基本出发点,青岛＂里院＂建筑的保护策略。

| Abstract: | The most important task and also the continuous task for the protection of historic city and building is to rejuvenate them,that is to rejuvenate history.Things without life would not last.The city with valuable,scarce and inimitable resources is endowed with the capacity of sustainable development.Hence the historical street and building is one of the key factors of the valuable,scarce and inimitable resources.Based on this,the protection of Liyuan is explained. |
