摘    要:对DWL-48连续捣固稳定车的捣固装置控制系统进行分析,认为控制策略的滞后是导致设备现场使用故障的重要原因。以捣固架提升与下降控制为例,提出基于BP神经网络的捣固装置控制系统的设计思路。

Abstract:After analyzing the control system of the tamping device in DWL-48 continuous tamping stabilization car,the authors conclude that the defects of the tamping decice are caused by the lag of the control system.Taking the control of ascension and descending of the tamping stand,this article suggests that the BP neural network can be used as the basis to design the control system of tamping device.
