某石化企业新建项目职业病危害因素的调查与分析

摘    要:目的对某石化企业新建项目进行职业病危害因素的调查与分析。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、作业场所职业病危害因素检测、作业人员职业健康检查相结合的方法进行综合分析与评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为:溶剂汽油、正己烷、正庚烷、戊烷、金属镍、苯、联苯、一氧化碳、硫化氢、噪声、工频电场和高温等职业病危害因素,各检测指标的合格率为100%。结论本项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目,检测结果说明针对上述职业病危害因素,从多方面采取了有效的防控措施,达到职业病危害的控制要求。

Abstract:Objective:To analysis and investigate on the occupational hazards in a petrochemical plant.Methods: To integrative analysis by occupational hygienic investigation,tests on occupational hazards and occupational physical check-up.Results: The main occupational hazards in this project are solvent gasolines,n-Hexane,n-Heptane,pentane,nickel,benzene,biphenyl,carbon monoxide,hydrogen sulfide,noise,power frequency electric field,heat stress.All the results are eligible.Conclusion: The project has badly occupational harm.The results of tests show that occupational hazards can be control by taking effective preventive and restraining measures.
