| 摘 要： | 回顾了基本电量的测量方法,并从测量及指示(或记录)原理上进行了分类。从谐波电压电流测量的基本环节分析了谐波测量的误差在互感器和数字分析2个环节中均存在。对谐波测量提出了建议,提出规定互感器的谐波特性要求供互感器行业形成标准。并对小波变换在变化谐波测量的预期作用给予关注。

| Abstract: | Recalling the basic electric measurement methods and classifying according as the measurements and instructions (or records) on the principle. Harmonic measurement error exists in the two aspects of transformer links and digital analysis, by analysis of the basic measurement of Harmonic voltage and current. There are recommendations in harmonic measurement, that the harmonic characteristics of transformer must be request to come into being standard. The role of the wavelet transform in harmonic measurement will be a good future. |
