| 摘 要： | 自2009年3月份济南西机务段青岛地区配属HXD3型电力机车用于客运运输以来,青岛地区连续发生3起HXD3型机车牵引电机故障:1起窜轴,2起轴承固着。这些故障均由乘务员在机车运用过程中停车检查时发现,给正常安全运输生产带来极大的隐患。通过对上述故障的分析研究以及HXD3牵引电机与齿轮箱结构、电路控制等的分析,提出如何在大整备格局的生产布局下提前发现和预防该故障的机理、思想和方法,以最大程度的降低其对生产运输的影响。

| Abstract: | Since Jinan west Locomotive Depot allocated HXD3-type electric locomotives for passenger transportation in March 2009,the traction motor failures of HXD3 have taken place three times in Qingdao.One time is axle moving,and two times are bearing fixation.These failures were all found by the crew at the stop for inspection in the process of locomotive operation,and would bring great safe hidden trouble to the normal transport production.Through the analysis of these failures,as well as HXD3 traction motor & ge... |
