| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设是关系党的生死存亡和国家长治久安的重大战略课题,而党的执政能力建设又落实到每位普通党员的身上。形势和实践的发展总是不断给我们党提出新的任务。根据党员队伍存在的状况,要求我们要切实加强和改进党员队伍建设,永葆党员队伍的先进性,这样,才能使我们党不断提高执政能力,巩固执政地位。
