轴类件磁痕形成原因分析

摘    要:文章通过对磁粉探伤报废的各型材质轴类件磁痕的分析,发现大部分磁痕都是由于夹杂物的存在导致磁粉聚集,部分磁痕是由于锻造裂纹引起.在保证工件尺寸的前提下,可以通过打磨或其他加工方式消除表面磁痕,但是不能避免在加工过程中由于磨削或拉伤裂纹形成新的磁痕.

Abstract:From the analysis of kinds of material shafts which are scrapped by magnetic particle testing,we find that the most magnetic particle patterns are magnetic powders aggregation of inclusion.Some magnetic particle patterns are caused by forging crack.In the premise of correct part size,magnetic particle patterns on the surface can be eliminated by polishing or other processing methods.But it is inevitable to form new magnetic particle patterns during processing because of grinding or strain cracks.
