| 摘 要： | 查尔斯·泰勒的公共领域概念是对民主政治时代公共话语表达的审慎阐释。公共领域生成于西方现代社会的世俗化进程之中,是介于公共权力领域(政治领域)和私人领域之间的一种"元主题公共空间";公共领域是一种超政治的、反思性的社会文化批判空间,能通过影响民主决策而对政治行动起到诱导和监督作用;现代公共领域面临着被操控和无法真正达成社会共识的发展问题。泰勒相信公共领域能够顺利实现合理转型,对民主政治的发展继续发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Charles Taylor’s public sphere is the deliberation of the expression of public discourse in the period of democracy.The public sphere grew up in the secularization of western society,is a mete-topical common space between public power sphere(political sphere)and private sphere.The public sphere is a superpolitical and reflecting critical sphere of social culture,which plays an important role in leading and supervising political action.The modern public sphere faces a problem of being manipulated and is unable to come to a social consensus.Taylor believes thay the pulbic sphere could realize rational transformation,and continue to benefit democracy. |
