| 摘 要： | 随着汽车行业的现代化,汽车维修行业对人才的要求越来越高,要求从业人员必须具有机电一体化的维修技能。所以职业学校为了能培养出合格的人才,就要合理地安排课程,优化教育方法以及采用校企联合的方式,只有这样才能教育并培养出企业需要的人才。

| Abstract: | Along with the modernization of automobile industry, the demand of vehicle repair on professional is higher and higher. The employees must master the eleetromeehanical integration technology. In order to bring up eligible person with ability, vocational schools should arrange courses rationally, optimize education methods and apply the mode of schoolenterprise association. In this way, vocational schools can bring up the person with ability who meets the requirement of enterprises. |
