| Abstract: | This paper investigates the applicable condition of with and without comparison method, before and after comparison method, incremental and total benefit methods in current economic evaluation. The econom- ic benefit analysis are conducted on highway expansion projects, new interoperability projects and highway con- struction post-evaluation projects to illustrate the ideas and methods of calculation. It can provide reference for the economic evaluation of related engineering projects. |
