新拌流态水泥粉煤灰浆稠度特性分析

摘    要:通过水泥砂浆沉入度试验,对水泥粉煤灰浆稠度特性进行研究,分析用水量、外加剂等参数对水泥粉煤灰浆稠度的影响规律以及混合料凝结时间随水泥剂量的变化规律。建立宾汉姆模型,研究水泥粉煤灰浆体的流变特性,并提出了新拌流态水泥粉煤灰浆体的对数形式流变方程。

Abstract:Consistency property of cement fly ash slurry is studied by cement mortar sinking degree test,the influence of the amount of water,additives and other parameters on consistency of cement fly ash slurry,as well as the variation rule of coagulation time of mixture with the cement dosage are analyzed.Bingham model is established to study the rheological properties of cement fly ash slurry,and rheological logarithmic equation of newly mixed cement fly ash slurry is proposed.
