自平衡体系在悬浇箱梁施工中的应用

摘    要:由于悬浇箱梁施工过程中,容易产生不平衡弯矩,从而出现拉应力,影响施工安全,而在施工过程中采用自平衡体系能解决这个问题。结合实际,对自平衡体系应用于悬浇箱梁施工进行受力分析,并对承载力进行详细计算。计算结果表明,采用自平衡体系能很好地解决传统悬浇箱梁施工过程中的拉应力问题,有效提高施工安全性。

Abstract:During the construction process of cantilever casting box girder, the unbalanced moment is easily caused to result in tensile stress and affect the safety of construction. However, this problem can be handled by using inner equilibrium system. Combined with engineering practice, this paper analyzes the force of inner equilibrium system which is applied in cantilever casting box girder construction and calculates the bearing capacity. The result shows that inner equilibrium system can solve the problem of tensile stress in traditional cantilever casting box girder construction and enhance the safety of construction effectively.
