公共交通系统是城市综合交通系统的重要内容，不同类型、不同规模的城市其公共交通系统不尽相同.针对目前中小城市快速发展的现状以及公交线网评价系统均衡性方面研究的相对不足，通过论述中小城市公共交通系统运行的主要特征，分析现状公交布局的主要问题，将基尼系数理论应用于城市常规公交线网评价研究中.以效率性和公平性为出发点，建立相关评价指标体系，对中小城市常规公交线网布局均衡性评价方法进行相关研究.并以廊坊市公交线网布局评价为例，进行实例研究.

Evaluation of Urban Public Transportation Network Equilibrium Based on Gini Coefficient

Public transport system is an important part of the urban integrated transport systems,and the public transport systems are distinct according to different city types and sizes.Due to the current status of the city’s rapid development and the rare researches on the equilibrium evaluation on the transit network,this paper discusses the main features of the conventional public transportation system in medium-sized and small cities,and analyzes the main problems on the layout of the public transport.It applies the Gini coefficient theory to the research of urban public transportation network evaluation.Started from efficiency and equity,the paper establishes related evaluation system and measures the equilibrium on the evaluation method of the medium-sized and small cities.At the last section,the evaluation on the layout of public transportation network in Langfang City is analyzed for case study.
