双块式无砟轨道现场施工成套设备国产化研究

研究目的:国外现场施工成套设备技术成熟,但是价格昂贵,并且有些设备并不适合中国的国情。国产化可以可以节约成本缩短工期。研究结果:目前国内已经有多家企业进行无砟轨道现场施工设备国产化的研制工作,并且已经能够独立完成这些设备的设计制造,基本实现了施工设备的国产化。

Research on the Domestic Construction Mechanical Equipment for Double Block Ballastless Track Installation

Research purposes: Construction abroad scene complete sets of equipment maturity of the technology,however expensive and some equipments are not suitable for China's national conditions.Domestic cost savings can be shortened period. Research results:At present,many manufacturers in China have done the research works of localization of the ballastless track laying equipments,and they can design and manufacture the equipments by theirselves, which basically realizes the localization of the equipments.
