| Abstract: | It is necessary to implement the character segmentation technology after the vehicle license plate is positioned,so that the automatic recognition of the system can be realized.A kind of character segmentation algorithm based on projection and limitation is introduced,which describes the image normalization of the vehicle plate,thresholding and detailed process of character segmentation in detail.This method is simple and feasible,and it is proved by the tests that it can satisfy the real time demands of automatic recognition system. |
