| 摘 要： | 针对涡轮增压器手臂阀焊接工艺的特殊控制要求,设计了基于单片机的自动焊接控制系统。本文介绍单片机控制系统的硬件结构和软件实现,重点介绍由单片机模糊控制器实现对变频器驱动交流电机伺服工作台的高速高精度定位控制。焊接控制系统的应用效果良好。

| Abstract: | Considering the special control requirements in welding works for turbochanger arm valve,the automation welding control system based on MCU is designed.The realization of the hardware and software of MCU control system is introduced,especially the application of MCU Fuzzy controller realization for frequency convertor to adjust alternation current motor's speed so as to achieve precision location control. |
