交通基础设施最优投资比例的研究

摘    要:在总结交通基础设施特点的基础上,对新古典经济增长理论中的跨期增长模型进行修正,建立了交通基础设施投资最优化模型,研究了交通基础设施投资的最优比例和增长速度,发现对于保持GDP 7%~8%的增长速度而言,交通基础设施投资占GDP的比重应在5%左右,投资增长率应在10%左右.结果表明我国应进一步加大对交通基础设施的投入.

Abstract:This paper established the optimization model of transportation infrastructure investment by modifying the overlapping growth model in the neoclassical growth theory on the base of the summary about the features of transportation infrastructure.It is pointed that the ratio of the transportation infrastructure investment to GDP and its increase rate should be 5% and 10% in order to maintain 7% to 8% growth rate of GDP.The results indicate that China should increase her transportation infrastructure investmen...
