| 摘 要： | 合理评价城市智能交通管理系统对城市交通运输发展和社会经济效益具有重要意义。在国内外智能交通管理系统评价成果的基础上,结合北京市交通的实际情况,从国民经济、交通安全、能源环境、管理效率和技术进步等5个子系统来进行综合评价,建立了北京城市智能交通管理系统综合效益评价指标体系。同时根据评价指标选取的原则,提出了各子系统内部的具体评价指标,并列举了智能交通管理系统评价的分析方法。
