| Abstract: | Eight Patients with acute renal failure who received open-heart operation were compared with other eight patients without renal failure.A method or early diagnosis or acute renal failure was developed.When kidney function deteriorated, the urinary output decreased dramatically,meanwhile the blood urea nitrogen began to rise,two lines crossed and formed a valuable point.But they never crossed in patients without renal failure.Then we used perito-dialysis to treat these patients and got good result. |
