| 摘 要： | 分析不定期船运输航次估算的基本步骤，提出了航运企业在航次估算过程中确定航次时间、航次载货量、航次变动费用和航次收益的正确思路，并进一步分析了如何依据航次估算的内容来指导实际操作，从而实现航次估算的预期目标.
