| 摘 要： | 美国是工程项目管理理论、实践和相关制度建设的发源地，注册建造师制度也已建立了近40年。文中简要总结和介绍了美国建造师认证制度中的认证机构、认证办法、考试和认证后的继续教育等内容，对我国建造师认证制度的建设和完善有一定的参考借鉴价值。

This paper briefly summarizes and describes the certification body, certified methods, examinations and continuing education after certification and other contents of American Certified Chartered Builder System. It has certainly use for reference value to establishing and improving our country＇s Certified Chartered Builder System. |
