高压静电场对体外培养癌细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:研究高压静电场(high—voltage electrostatic field,HVEF)影响癌细胞增殖的量效和时程关系.量效实验以不同强度的高压静电场作用于体外培养的人肝癌细胞SMMC7721,用MTY比色法检测电场作用效果,并找出最适电压;时程实验用台盼兰排斥法比较电场作用次数对细胞增殖的影响,并用流式细胞仪检测抑制效果.高压静电场处理后,各实验组细胞生长受到不同程度的抑制.U=2.5kV时,细胞增殖活性降低最显著(P〈0.01),并且随作用次数增多,电场对细胞增殖的抑制效果增强(P〈0.01).一定强度的高压静电场作用能够有效抑制癌细胞增殖.
