管道内检测器泄流状态温度场湍流分析

摘    要:为防止输气管道内检测器泄流状态下形成冰堵,研究了内检测器泄流状态下温度场的变化规律。根据内检测器实际运行状况,建立内检测器泄流装置模型,利用计算流体动力学软件ANSYSCFX 14.0分别对不同泄流面积、不同压差下的温度场变化情况进行仿真。结果表明,温度的降低量与内检测器泄流面积及泄流前后压差有关。通过对内检测器泄流前后温度场分析,可预测泄流状态下天然气流经内检测器后温度的降低量。

Abstract:To prevent the formation of ice blocking through gas pipeline inner detector in a discharge state, the variation of the temperature field was studied. According to the actual operating conditions of the inner detector, the inner detector discharge device model is established, using computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS CFX 14.0 respectively to simulate the tempera- ture field of different discharge areas and pressures. The results show that the temperature drop depends on the discharge area and the pressure difference before and after discharge. Through an analysis of the temperature field before and after the discharge, thus making it possible to predict the temperature drop of gas flowing through detector under the discharge state.
