城市燃气管网检测技术研究

摘    要:为了解决城市燃气管网埋地管线检测过程中遇到的一些问题,根据现场经验总结了一些技术方法:在PE管道建设初期施工时按照规范要求布置好示踪线,可以利’用仪器准确查找定位PE管道;在管道泄漏可疑点附近打孔,采用气体嗅敏仪检测孔洞气体浓度的方法确认埋地管线泄漏点;利用管线防腐层检测仪,借助管线竣工资料等手段确认管道材料性质,排除其他管线干扰。这些方法经过现场检测工作验证,结果证明能较好地解决相关问题。

Abstract:To solve the problems about the buried pipeline detection of the urban gas pipe network, some solutions and meth- ods are put forward according to the field experience:PE pipe can be searched for and located by use of instruments if the trace line is arranged according to the relevant codes and standards. Holes near the suspicious leakage point of the buried pipeline are drilled and the gas concentration is detected by use of a gas leak detector to confirm the leakage point. A pipeline anticorrosive layer detection instrument and the pipeline completion data are used to confirm the pipeline material and exclude the interference from other pipelines. These solutions and methods are tested by in fieldwork, and the results prove that these methods can resolve the problems positively.
