成品油管道穿越滑坡地段应力分析

摘    要:成品油管道穿越山区滑坡地段时,受到滑坡推力的作用,易使管道产生过大变形而破坏。为探究此类管道安全问题并提出解决方案,使用应力分析软件CAESAR Ⅱ对某穿越滑坡地段的成品油管道进行应力及位移分析,得出其应力、位移分布,并分析纵向滑坡和横向滑坡对输油管道的影响。通过分析得出常规地段与滑坡地段的交界位置为输油管道的危险截面,且纵向滑坡对输油管道的应力及横向位移、纵向位移影响较大。

Abstract:When a product oil pipeline passes through some mountain landslide area, under the impact of a landslide thrust force,it may easily lead to excessive deformation and damage of the pipe. In order to explore safety issues regarding this type of pipeline and propose solutions, CAESAR II software is used to conduct a stress and displacement analysis for a pipeline crossing landslide regions, explore the distribution of them, and study the effect of a longitudinal or transverse landslide impact on the pipe- line. Through an analysis it is known that the junction of a conventional area or a landslide area is a dangerous section, and a ver- tical landslide can result in a greater impact on the pipeline stress and both the longitudinal and transversal displacements.
