基于CAN总线的铣刨机控制系统通信模块设计

摘    要:本文针对大型铣刨机控制对象繁多的状况,设计了基于CAN-BUS的通信模块。通过分析铣刨机的控制对象,提出了基于CAN-BUS总线的控制系统结构在此基础上,选择TMS320LF2407 DSP芯片作为各控制器的主CPU,并进行了相关的硬件设计和软件设计,以满足铣刨机通信模块的需求。最后,通过试验证明本文所设计的CAN-BUS通信模块是可行的。

Abstract:Given that the milling machine has many control objects,a communication module is designed based on CAN-BUS.The structure of control system is proposed after analyzing the control objects.In order to meet the requirement of communication module,the TMS320LF2407 DSP chip is adopted as the main CPU of all controllers, and the design of hardware and software is carried out.Finally the test proves that the communication module designed based on CAN-BUS is feasible.
