真空退火炉模型的机理分析与优化

摘    要:真空退火炉退火温度的精确控制是一个典型的大时滞、大惯性、存在强交叉耦合的、时变的复杂的控制问题,为了实现退火温度的精确控制,通过对退火炉工作机理的分析,以现场实际采集的数据为基础,采用加热炉物理机理建立对象的模型和利用遗传算法对模型中的系数值进行优化的方法,提出了一种真空退火炉中基于退火温度精确控制的优化数学模型,经仿真验证了该模型的有效性.

Abstract:The accurate control annealing temperature of vacuum annealing furnace is a typical large time-delay inertia cross-coupling time-variety complicated control problem.For reaching the accurate control of annealing temperature,the mechanism of the vacuum anneal furnace is analysed and an optimization model is designed based on the accurate control annealing temperature,which set up the model based on physical mechanism of vacuum annealing furnace and optimize the coefficient by Genetic Algorithm based on the date that gather from scene.And get a good result through simulation.
