浅谈客运专线简支梁移动模架施工工艺

研究目的:通过在实践中的应用,发现和总结施工中的不足之处,再逐步完善,使移动模架施工成为一种成熟的梁部原位现浇工艺,为后续的类似工程施工积累经验。研究结果:通过施工的摸索和总结,移动模架施工已经成为了一种成熟的工艺,安全和质量能得到可靠的保证,并且实现了平均14 d的施工周期,为其他兄弟单位提供了良好的借鉴,并为以后类似工程的施工积累了宝贵的实践经验。

Comments on the Construction Technique of Mobile Die Carrier for Simple-supported Beam of Railway Passenger Dedicated Line

Research purposes:The purposes are to improve construction technique of mobile die carrier by step through finding and overcoming the disadvantages of the technique in its application and to bring the technique into a mutual one of casting beam in original place for providing experience and reference to the similar construction in future. Research results:Now the construction technique of mobile die carrier has been become a mutual technique with reliable safety and quality and the construction period of 14 days has be realized by adopting this technique.
