市场导向在汽车产业的实证研究

摘    要:运用市场导向理论对汽车产业进行实证研究,对企业绩效评价同时采用客观的测度和主观的测度.当使用主观测度时,市场导向与企业绩效呈显著正相关;当使用客观测度时,市场导向与总资产回报率、人均利润呈明显正相关,与人均销售额呈弱正相关,而与净资产收益率并不明显相关.

Abstract:Market orientation(MO) is applied to meacure the business performance(BP) of automotive industry.This research employs both subjective and objective measures,and the research findings indicate that MO is positively correlated with BP by a subjective measure.However if objective measures are used,the results are mixed.There is a significant positive association between MO and annual profit per employee and return on total assets,a weak positive association between MO and annual sales per employee,and no rela...
