国内汽车经销商集团网络发展策略研究

摘    要:通过分析国内汽车经销商集团发展现状和趋势,总结汽车经销商集团化的优势和挑战。在此基础上运用3C战略三角理论,研究了国内汽车经销商集团网络发展的关键要素及业务模块,进而针对上述研究分别提出若干发展策略。

Abstract:According to the analysis of current situation and trend of domestic auto dealer groups,the advantages and challenge of its collectivization are summarized.Based on this,a triangle theory of 3C strategy has been applied to study the key elements and business module of the development of domestic auto dealer group's network,and some development strategies are put forward respectively in allusion to those researches.
