摘    要:以广州新客站站房桥工程为例,简要介绍清水混凝土的概念及广州新客站清水混凝土的表面质量要求,总结在清水混凝土施工方面的控制措施,包括混凝土配合比的设计、模板的加工制作、混凝土的浇筑、成品保护、最后形成的实体质量、取得的明显成果。打破了混凝土表面需要修饰的观念,克服了以往混凝土表观质量缺陷,为混凝土施工的发展方向提供了实体依据。

Abstract:This paper takes the Zhanfang Bridge Project in Guangzhou New Passenger Railway Station as an example,briefly introduces the concept of fair-faced concrete and the quality requirements of the concrete surface, and summarizes a series of measures taken in fair faced concrete construction, such as mix design of the concrete, processing template, pou-ring concrete, products protection. The final product achieved great success. As a result, previous surface quality defects of concrete are overcome, the established rule of decorating concrete surface is broken down, and evidence for the develop-ment of concrete construction is provided.
