飞燕式钢管砼拱桥系杆与吊杆施工分析与控制

摘    要:结合主跨158m飞燕式异型钢管混凝土拱桥工程实践,考虑桩土相互作用对结构受力、变形影响,根据施工进度,确定了系杆张拉顺序及张拉力,在此张拉力作用下张拉端及桩顶位移满足要求;并提出了考虑张拉顺序时吊杆张拉的计算方法,根据MIDAS软件模拟结果,确定的吊杆张拉顺序可行,各吊杆最终内力结果相差不大。系杆、吊杆的分析过程对今后系杆拱桥的设计、施工将提供有益参考。

Abstract:With the flying-swallow-type concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge with a 158 m main span as a practical example, the effects of the pile-earth interaction on the forces and deformation of the structure taken into account, and the construction progress considered, the stretching sequence and the stretching force for ties are determined, under the action of which the dis- placement at the stretched end and the pile top is found up to the requirements. Upon this basis, the calculation method to de- termine the sequence and the stretching force for the stretching operation of the hanger rods is put forward in the paper. Com- pared with the simulated results with MIDAS software, the stretching sequence of the hanger rods is found feasible, because there is no much difference in the internal force found in different hanger rods. The analysis process of the ties and hanger rods may serve as a useful reference for the design and construction of similar arch bridges with ties.
