| 摘 要： | 针对某厂家的水泥运输车罐体在使用过程中局部破裂的情况,应用有限元通用软件Hypemesh和ANSYS对该水泥运输车罐体进行有限元分析,根据分析结果对结构进行改进,厂家应用分析结果将罐体进行改进后,再未出现断裂现象,说明改进方案是行之有效的。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the local ruptures of tank parts of cement trucks in using, finite element analysis of these tank parts of cement trucks has been made by the finite element analysis common software Hypermesh and ANSYS. The structure is improved based on the results of analysis. After the manufacturer improved these tank parts according to the results of analysis, the ruptures had never appeared. It indicates the improvement program is effective |
