| 摘 要： | 通过对汽车行业的深入分析，确立了以企业经济效益和企业管理水平两个方面共计20个基础指标的综合评价指标体系。改进了传统雷达图理论存在的问题，并建立了企业综合竞争力评价的评价模型和方法。其分析结果能直观、合理地反映出汽车行业的综合状况，反映出其在同行企业中的竞争力排行。将为汽车行业的自我完善和提高提供科学合理的参考，也为不同的工业企业进行综合比较与评价提供了一种新的方法。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing for automobile industry, the synthetic assessment system with 20 indexes based on the economic benefit and management level, have been established in this paper. Based on the advanced radar chart theory, the synthetic assessment model and the method of grey synthetic assessment are established. This method can reflect the synthetic situation of the industry, distinctly and rationally. This will provide scientific and reasonable references for self perfecting and advancing, and this will offer a new method for compartment and assessment for different industries and corporations. |
