石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定生铁及碳钢中铅含量

摘    要:采用硝酸溶解样品,通过加入基体改进剂磷酸氢二铵和硝酸镁消除干扰,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定试液中铅的含量.铅的工作曲线浓度范围为0.05~0.50 ug·mL-1回收率在95%-106%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.01%-5.82%之间,经验证,该方法具有较高灵敏度、精密度和准确度.

Abstract:Sample was dessolved in nitric acid.And disturbance was eliminated with the addition of diammonium hydrogen phosphate and magnesium nitrate as inhibitor. The lead was determined by Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrum. Working curve in range of 0.05-0.50 ug/mL of lead solution was prepared.Recovery was found in range of 95%-106% and relative standard deviation in 3.01%-5.82%.Preeition and accuracy of determination are proved to be fine.
