摘 要: | 通过对车架生产流程的分析,对造成铆接车架对角线超差的各项原因进行了归纳总结,结果表明:工艺不当与铆接模具工装不合理是造成车架总成对角线与直线度超差的主要原因。通过改进工艺与总成架,加强生产过程中的质量控制,很好地保证车架的总成质量。

Abstract: | By frame analysis of the production process, resulting in riveting the flame on the diagonal of the ultra-poor were summarized reasons, the results showed that: mold tooling and riveting process properly is caused by unreasonable and diagonal flame assembly straightness tolerance of the main reasons. Aircraft by improving the technology and assembly, enhance the production process quality control, good way to ensure the quality of the flame assembly. |
