| 摘 要： | 测定了造船、修船行业钢材喷射清理用铸铁丸的化学成分、密度和硬度,观察了金相组织。用100%替代法测定了ERVIN寿命,用面积法表征了铸铁丸的磨损过程。表明ERVIN寿命试验机可以用来标定实际喷射清理中所用喷射磨料的寿命,为正确选用喷射磨料提供依据。 |

The ERVIN durability testing of chilled iron shot for blast cleaning |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the chemical composition, density, hardness and microstructure of the chilled iron shot for blast cleaning in the ship building and repairing industry are studied and the ERVIN durability is measured by 100% replacement and the wear process is recorded by breakdown curve. The results show that the ERVIN test machine can effectively measure the durability of the metallic abrasive in the practical blast cleaning work and the ERVIN durability provides an essential parameter to select the effective blast abrasive. |
