摘    要:船舶采用气囊上下水工艺是一项低成本、低消耗、低污染、高效率、高可靠性、机动灵活、具有自主知识产权的创新技术。针对大型船舶和超大型船舶采用气囊上下水工艺中存在的不确定因素,以及它们可能引发的"安全"隐患提出对策,从技术角度和管理角度来促进此项技术的健康发展。

Research Report of safe Countermeasures to Apply the Airbag Launch and Upgrade Technology to Large Ships
Abstract:Ship launch and upgrade technology using airbags is an innovative technology having the merits of low cost, low consumption and pollutant, high efficiency, reliability and maneuverability, as well as having knowledge property right. Suggestions of safe countermeasures against uncertain factor are gived that may result in unsafe hidden trouble in case of applying the airbag launch and upgrade technology to larger ships, in order to promote that technology develops healthily.
