摘    要:以电动汽车高压电安全诊断与控制技术为基础,研究开发了一种基于CAN总线和线控技术的专用车载高压电安全管理模块EVSM。该模块能实时监测与诊断各类电动汽车高压系统的各种电气参数及其绝缘状态,能正确可靠地控制电能的输出。几年来的试用结果表明,该管理模块很好地满足了各类电动汽车车载状况下静态和动态高压电安全诊断和控制的需要,并具有很好的通用性。

Abstract:For studying the diagnosis and control technique for high voltage safety of electric vehicle,a special on-board high voltage safety management module based on CAN bus and by-wire control technology is developed.The module can monitor and diagnose all electrical parameters and insulation state in the high voltage system of all types of electric vehicles in real time and control the output of electric energy correctly and reliably.The results of trial use for several years show that the management module can meet the requirements of high voltage safety diagnosis and control in both static and dynamic states for all kinds of electric vehicles,even common vehicles.
