混凝土泵缸套表面等离子喷涂强化的试验研究

摘    要:开发了一种RE-Fe-Ni-Cr粉末冶金材料,采用等离子喷涂方法在水泥混凝土泵缸套表面喷涂该合金粉末,分析了该合金的组织结构,以及稀土元素含量对耐磨性的影响。研究结果表明。添加稀土元素可获得致密化程度较高、合金元素分布较为均匀的组织,并且有较高的硬度和良好的耐磨性。

Abstract:A sort of P/M RE-Fe-Ni-Cr used in cylinder liner of cement concrete pump is developed, A coating consisting of RE-Fe-Ni-Cr is formed on the cylinder liner surface of cement concrete pump by plasma spraying. The effects of microstructure and content of rare earth elements on wear resistance of Fe-Ni-RE alloy is studied, the result shows that the higher density and uniform microstructure can be obtained in the material by adding rare elements, and the material possesses high hardness and good wear resistance.
